After years of fad diets, I found myself in an unending cycle of failure. Trying to figure out a healthy lifestyle on my own left me feeling confused and alone. Then, my dad (my hero!) was diagnosed with dementia. Not only did I want a healthy breakthrough for myself, but I also wanted to help the people I love most.
I discovered the science behind food and the behaviors that impact lasting change. Now, my passion is to help women live energetic and confident lives without the yo-yo dieting.
