- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the protein powder, cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Mix them together well.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt (or applesauce), honey (or maple syrup), almond butter (or peanut butter), egg, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
- Mix It All Together: Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir until you have a thick, smooth batter.
- Add Your Touch: If you like, include extras like dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or a swirl of nut butter.
- Bake It Up: Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Baking Time: Bake for around 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Don’t overbake; you want them nice and fudgy.
